After corona virus outbreak most of offices demanding for work from home.

Some offices have small network they have not afford vpn technology

So they need to take remote of office machine

It is important task to configure remote desktop 

Basic needs you want have 

Router

Static IP of internet

Windows 7 or later

Remote desktop default port is 3389

If you want to get  multiple machines remote desktop from other location 

You want to configure router different port forwarding 

Firewall setting 

Enable remote service public and private

Add port in firewall

Also change every machine default port number in registry

In router side go to port forwarding section add your machine ip address and port number 

Also allow port trigger 

Go global software use for remote desktop machine to access specific application on other location machine
It is paid software 10k for 3 user client
Go global server install where we need to share some application or data
Configure go global
Port forward port number 491

FTP File tranfer protocol is use for file secure sharing over the internet

Go to Control panel

open Programme and Feature  next click on turn windows feature on or off

In windows feature check on three option IIS
FTP server
web management tool
world wide web wide service

After installing this

 Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services Management

Right Click on your computer name which is showing on left side

Add FTP Site Name and Path

Next

Next

Now Finish

Goto Firewall

Enable FTP server

Firewall Off

Error showing while send receiving mail on outlook

It will multiple cause to determine this error

First do cleanup junks and cookies

Remove antivirus mail security

scan pst file

If issue still not resolved Reinstall Ms Office

some times your wifi connection might down unexpectedly

but you seem your hotspot connection getting connected on laptop

other wifi router shown and hide repeatedly this case I have facing in my office earlier

I have troubleshoot with wifi usb card also but issue were not resoved

finally I decided restore windows but when I put this issue on google there were found some solution

1. Go to "Settings".
2. Click on "Network & Security" and then click on "WiFi".
3. Now click "Manage known networks".
4. Select the WiFi connection you want to remove.
5. Click the "Forget" button.
6. After doing this, close the open windows and reboot the computer.
7. Once the computer is fully reloaded again go to "Settings".
8. Click on "Network & Security" and then click on "WiFi".
9. Now click "Manage known networks".
10. Click "Add a new network" and enter the network name. 
11. Using the drop-down menu, select the "network security type". 
12. Check the "Connect automatically" option. 
13. Now check the "Connect even if the network is not broadcasting" option and click "Save"
