Requirement
Windows 7 or later
xampp- apache and myssql
osticket setup
STEP 1
first you need to download and install xampp center on system
after installation completed run apache and mysql services in xampp
after that edit file php.ini
modify max size
STEP 2
download osticket version 11
extract osticket folder
rename osticket
copy this folder on c:/xampp/htdocs
not open chrome brower
type localhost/osticket/setup
install osticket step by step
create database
reset root password earlier
